Homes by Gestilar
Homes by Gestilar is a sub-brand of Gestilar, specializing in renovated apartments tailored to individual needs. For each project, the client defines the deadlines and objectives and provides a comprehensive service, enabling the creation of modern properties that meet all requirements, even within the historic old town.
The concept follows the core principles of the parent brand, building on contrasts, a fundamental tool across all visual trends, including architecture. The elegant and innovative Swiss typeface Sangbleu serves as the backbone of the design, with the serif version chosen specifically for the sub-brand. For layouts and visual elements—such as frames, decorative orientation elements, and margins—we based the proportions and angles on the font, resulting in a cohesive and clean visual system.
The brand’s main color is derived from the secondary color of the parent brand. We selected primary colors connected to the main brand and complemented them with friendlier, more modern tones that reflect the sub-brand’s personality. Additionally, we established secondary and tertiary color scales, allowing for clear differentiation across multiple segments and projects while supporting the ongoing development of the brand.
As part of the Gestilar brand, Homes by Gestilar follows the core structure and visual principles of the parent brand. However, as a more approachable and friendly sub-brand, the logo reflects this personality. The reduced letter spacing and use of lowercase letters further convey a sense of closeness and casualness.
